Medical Qi Gong is an ancient practice that is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness.These exercises provide many benefits including increased energy and sense of well being, while enhancing overall health and supporting a healthy aging process. Qi Gong is an excellent immune enhancer and a wonderful means of relaxation, balance and harmony.

Qi Gong exercises can be adapted to be performed in a seated position.
