Qi Gong is an excellent immune enhancer and a wonderful means of relaxation, balance and harmony.
Qi Gong is a powerful tool that may be used to enhance the healing and transformational process, addressing all three levels; Body, Mind and Spirit.
Qi Gong exercises can be adapted to be performed in a seated position, and to support most healing challennges.
